This is an organization that is "For Youth and By Youth" - this means that our youth are intimately involved in this organization, from aiding with the program designs, and all particulars, they serve on the board of Directors - to truly learn leadership - at Next Century Youth, we don't just talk like others about creating leaders - we put it to work in every facet of this organization. We have full voting youth on our board who sit at the table and provide input into the direction of this organization and program needs. Our philosophy is one of knowing that who knows best than the youth that we are trying to serve - so they must be at the table. This then requires them to be totally committed to the success of the programs as they have suggested, recommended and now must be accountable for following through along with the others.
